Job Description

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, event, and community channels.
  • Own the marketing roadmap, setting KPIs and translating business goals into measurable campaigns.
  • Launch go-to-market (GTM) plans for new features, partnerships, and product updates

Content & Brand:

  • Oversee creation of high-quality content aligned with multiple audiences.
  • Strengthen and grow the company’s brand identity within the Web3 space.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent across all touchpoints and tailored to various crypto communities.

Growth & Analytics:

  • Manage user acquisition funnels, optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, and run A/B tests across platforms.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness, user behavior, and ROI with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
