Build and develop the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area by making decisions on targeted marketing/canvassing and developing business contacts with the local constituencies in order to further referrals and the Estate Agency network. The role involves valuing and converting market appraisal opportunities, and overseeing instructions to completion, utilizing a nearby hub office for sales negotiation, progression, and admin.
