The Billing Narrative proofreader is responsible for accuracy and consistency of billing narratives and ensuring proper coding of entries. This position will need to maintain relationships with internal and external law firm contributors and will require writing and editing of legal billing content to ensure payment of legal invoices. The role assesses the validity of billing entries based on Outside Counsel Guidelines, payment history, and client interactions.
The Senior Billing Analyst is a key resource for the clientβs billing team and will be responsible for all aspects of client billing including bill preparation, daily process administration, research and analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution, reporting and any special assignments. The position is also responsible for creating budget projections for clients, assisting in some collections, interpreting, and communicating client billing guidelines.
The E-Billing Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of invoice submissions via various e-billing platforms and resolving e-billing issues for the law firm's e-billed clients. Excellent communication and a high level of professional service to management, attorneys and other staff is required to succeed in this role. Must have a high level of customer service, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
Supervise e-billing employees to ensure quality service delivery. Supervise staffing and workflow volumes and ensure billing workloads are appropriately weighted and balanced. Responsible for employee lifecycle including interviewing, onboarding, training, development, planning for key roles, and off-boarding management. Monitor client inventory balances and resolve issues escalated by the client.
