As a ServiceNow BDE at SHI, the role involves contributing to the company’s sales success by selling professional services related to the ServiceNow platform to prospective and existing SHI customers. The BDE will provide expertise on the entire ServiceNow platform, requiring experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM and SecOps.

Support Business Development with finding new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal, as well as ensure proper after-sales service.
