The Contact Center Representative supports Shriners Children’s national 800 number and locations. They answer inbound domestic and international patient referral and general inquiry calls 24/7. Responsibilities include receiving patient referral requests, documenting patient information in Salesforce, determining the best location for patients, and routing general questions to appropriate departments.
The Regional Administrator is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the performance, integration, and alignment of assigned healthcare facilities. This role involves driving volume growth consistent with Vision 2035, operational excellence, cultural cohesion, quality, and excellent patient care. The incumbent partners with system leaders and facility-level executives to ensure exceptional patient and family satisfaction, clinical outcomes, fiscal stewardship, workforce engagement, and regulatory compliance.
The Senior Professional Coder performs at an advanced level medical coding position and serves as an expert utilizing ICD-10 and CPT4 classification system coding to all diagnoses, treatments and procedures in all types of Hospital, Clinic and Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) locations. They provide coding insight and guidance to clinical staff, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Professional Coder 1 and Professional Coder II positions as well as Revenue Cycle leadership.
