Deliver exceptional service to Premium customers, addressing billing inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. Handle and resolve billing-related issues promptly, maintaining customer satisfaction and trust. Spearhead initiatives aimed at reducing customer churn, analyzing trends, and implementing effective strategies.

The Financial Counselor will assist patients and their families in understanding their insurance reimbursements, payment plans, and any aspects of the patient financial account. This role is customer-focused and requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure that patients are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism, maintain incoming patient calls and responding to voicemails promptly and courteously. Manage patient billing emails and portal messages, support as Liaison between billing and operations, and handle mailing secondary claims to insurance companies.
