Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and highly communicative Patient Account Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing patient accounts, handling billing inquiries, and assisting patients with payments and insurance-related concerns. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience while supporting the financial health of our practice. Responsibilities include reviewing patient accounts, contacting patients to notify them of balances, documenting interactions, interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB), verifying insurance, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Qualifications include previous experience in a healthcare or medical billing setting, excellent English communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and strong organizational skills.
