As a Healthcare Customer Service Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and providers, handling around 60-65 inbound calls daily in a remote, high-volume call center. You will assist with healthcare service requests and authorizations, utilize multiple applications to help customers, and meet performance targets while adhering to company policies.
The incumbent in this position acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in assigned unit, fields questions from staff, is able to provide appropriate issue resolution and escalation when needed, and assigns work/directs workflows for staff. Assists Supervisor/Manager with coaching, on-the-job training, monitoring work, mentoring new associates and driving results.
This role entails overseeing the deployment and upkeep of AWS infrastructure across various development teams and employing CloudFormation and Ansible to streamline the deployment process. Responsibilities include managing scripts and templates in source control, ensuring version control with git, assisting in implementing security measures for compliance, and monitoring servers and infrastructure for any issues.
As a Claims Support Associate II you will establish and maintain account identification within the Payroll/Billing system and provide training to staff on new payers as well as modifications to formats of existing payers. You will develop, implement and deliver appropriate billing formats to prospective payers, review billing, pricing and coverage rules, and create accurate invoices.
