The Software Quality Engineer will develop and execute test plans and test cases for multiple features of an application, perform analysis to identify root cause for any defects identified, and partner with Development, QA, Business and DevOps to define requirements and enable product testability. A combination of manual and automation testing is expected in this role.
This position receives/responds to incoming calls from referral sources/patients and communicates with providers for CareCentrix and contacts referral sources to advise them of referral status. Reviews utilization information concerning patient care for CareCentrix and matches those needs to available care options within the reauthorization guidelines provided by CareCentrix and patientsβ health care. Assists the Supervisor and Manager with coaching, training, call monitoring, reports and mentoring of new associates. Acts as a clinical resource to department specialists, providing expertise and clinical knowledge. Negotiates with providers when needed and stay within the guidelines. Performs Utilization Management and participates in performance improvement activities.
As a Senior Analyst of the Product Performance and Reporting team, you will perform the analytical reporting and analysis supporting CareCentrix operational and strategic needs. You will analyze extensive health-care clinical and operational data and develop insights that directly support the business decisions and growth goals.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will work directly with Technology product teams, business users and development teams to apply technical solutions in support of identified business problems. This position will be responsible for monitoring systems, interfacing with business owners, triaging issues, and developing solutions.
This position receives/responds to provider inquiries on claim issues, researching information by reviewing plan, eligibility, and authorizations to determine appropriate resolution. Recommends solutions by working with CSC or RCM to identify areas of opportunity, also completes special assignments and analyzes provider requests while assisting other departments and interacting directly with providers.
