This position is the initial point of contact for patients. The incumbent is motivated to create the ideal patient and family experience while actively endorsing the OHSU brand. They support OHSU Ambulatory Clinic operations with overall new patient schedule coordination for patients and providers. The position works with patients, families, providers, clinical and non-clinical staff.
The Reservations Sales Agent is responsible for assisting guests with information regarding fares, flight schedules, routings and policies at Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Horizon Air, Sky West and our Alliance partners. As a member of the reservations team, this individual contributor role verifies availability of space, confirms reservations and makes appropriate changes to reservations and tickets. This is a work at home, union represented position.
The Insurance Representative will identify, enter and verify patient demographics, insurance and any other necessary information required for billing. Must understand and be able to work accounts throughout the entire revenue cycle. Prepares and submits claims to payers either electronically or by paper. Secures necessary medical documentation required or requested by payers. Handles difficult account situations and resolves issues delaying or preventing payments from payers.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and addressing the needs and concerns of our clients and their families. This may include scheduling appointments, providing information about services, assisting with billing inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
