iCIMS is a software company.
a foundational, expert-level backend developer with strong full-stack sensibilities for a long-term engagement to help architect and build the core of our system. The core of this project is to ingest user-provided data about specific entities, enrich this data through both third-party APIs and a proprietary LLM-driven insight engine, and then orchestrate personalized, stateful action plans based on dynamic profiles.
The position requires a highly organized, goal-oriented operations manager with the technical acumen of a senior engineer to serve as client manager, program manager, and people manager for the US Data Center commissioning portfolio. The successful candidate will have specialized expertise in data centers and mission-critical facilities, plus prior experience managing people. This person will work closely with direct reports to ensure project performance and deliverables are met.
You will be the primary contact for borrower’s, contractor’s, HUD Consultant’s, and third-party vendors, reviewing renovation fundings daily. Completing payment requests and working to maintain balanced budgets and ensure renovation loans are balanced. It is very important that this individual has exceptional customer service.
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing weekly Clinician timesheets for multi-state payroll, researching and resolving payroll issues and questions. You will compile, record, and process timesheets, review pay data, and reconcile discrepancies. You will also correspond with clinicians, research payroll questions, and maintain compliance with payroll laws.
