As an Associate Help Desk Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, managing user access, and setting up hardware and software. You’ll support employee onboarding, maintain support documentation, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The NOC Specialist will work to drive excellent station uptime, including remote troubleshooting and vendor management for commissioning and maintenance workstreams that support our charging network. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining our network of electric vehicle charging stations, as well as the contractor network that services and installs them.

Provide exceptional service and remote technical support for Teleflora Point-of-Sale florists. Work from home (voluntary) with one day per month working in the Paragould, Arkansas office. Duties include providing remote networking support, PC hardware and operating system support, vendor escalations, and accurately logging calls into the call/problem tracking system.
