Serves as the strategic liaison between the Stakeholder Engagement Office and frontline aviation professionals, providing subject-matter expertise on aviation operations, safety, and process integration while guiding organizational change efforts.
Leads engagement planning and owns the relationship with key stakeholder groups and represent their interests and perspectives to inform program decisions, operational readiness, and adoption strategies.
Responsible for building trusted relationships, establishing and facilitating listening sessions and operational forums, translating stakeholder insights into actionable program improvements, and advising leadership on the operational and cultural implications of proposed changes.
