Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute stakeholder communications aligned to releases, training, onboarding, and workflow changes.
- Develop reusable Campaign in a Box materials, announcements, FAQs, briefings, and reinforcement content.
- Segment messages by user role, site, and operational need; coordinate approved distribution channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, organizational development, marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, change communications, or stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and message-tailoring skills.
