Role Summary:
- Support the Operational Informatics Pipeline (OIP) contract for the VA's Veterans Health Administration.
- Focus on interoperability and clinical informatics solutions, including EHR transitions and workflow standardization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct change management assessments and develop change strategies.
- Create communication, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.
- Support user readiness and measure change adoption success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of change management experience.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and organizational transformation.
- Ability to obtain a VA background investigation and work in the U.S.
Desired Experience:
- Prosci certification and experience in union environments.
- Healthcare change management experience, including EHR transitions and VA/VHA support.
Artemis
Artemis provides change management and informatics support for federal health care initiatives, including the Department of Veterans Affairs' clinical informatics programs. The team works within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Release Trains alongside clinical informaticists and VA Business Owners.
