Role Overview:
- Serve as a strategic communications leader for the VA's Center for Care and Payment Innovation (CCPI).
- Operate at the intersection of federal legislative affairs, executive stakeholder management, and large-scale organizational change.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver Congressional briefing materials, talking points, and testimony support documents.
- Design and execute a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy identifying key internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce executive-grade presentations and decision memoranda for SES-level leaders.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in government or healthcare communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Affairs, or related field; demonstrated VA or federal agency experience.
- Proven track record developing Congressional briefing packages and SES-level communications products.
Work Details:
- Remote position supporting VA operations; must be authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to obtain VA PIV credential and pass background investigation required.
