Responsibilities:
- Perform technical editing, copyediting, and proofreading of contract deliverables, including plans, SOPs, reports, and training materials.
- Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, formatting, and style across written and visual materials, applying federal Plain Language Guidelines.
- Coordinate review and approval processes, track communications requests, and maintain approval records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Health, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical editing or communications, ideally supporting federal agencies or healthcare programs.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
