Associate Communications Consultant

Role Overview:

• Support Communications Consultants across Mid-Market Segments by coordinating accurate and compliant participant communications.
• Build knowledge and readiness for increased ownership over time in a fully remote environment.
• Assist with digital campaigns, education materials, and plan-specific content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and proof participant-facing materials using standardized templates.
• Update communication templates with plan-specific information for emails, flyers, and enrollment reminders.
• Coordinate compliance submissions and maintain document version control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required with 2-3 years of experience in communications or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
