- Lead the overall AirHub implementation strategy and team, ensuring successful transition from UAT through production.
- Develop and maintain integrated implementation roadmap, monitor readiness, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Oversee change management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across Product, Engineering, and business lines.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years leading complex enterprise technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing release management, UAT, and organizational change management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with Federal implementations preferred.
