- Run a high-volume portfolio of concurrent implementations, balancing urgency, customer commitments, and quality.
- Define the implementation operating model and build scalable processes, playbooks, and delivery standards.
The Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience leading customer implementations or technical delivery in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong project management fundamentals including scoping, planning, stakeholder management, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience with configurations, integrations, APIs, troubleshooting, and validation.
