The Day-to-Day:
- Lead kickoff calls to understand customer goals, timeline expectations, and success metrics.
- Configure platform with custom templates, workflows, and settings for each customer's needs.
- Coordinate with Account Managers for smooth handoff and document configurations.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or training roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong technical configuration skills and proficiency in virtual training sessions.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
