What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Partner with customers to understand their business requirements and design solutions.
- Educate customers on Qualio products and best practices, coordinating with internal teams.
What you need:
- 3+ years of Customer Onboarding or Implementation experience in B2B SaaS, or a quality-related role in a regulated industry.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple mediums and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and experience with project management software.
