About the Role:
- Guide customers through deploying SwiftConnect's SaaS integration solutions as the project lead.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while managing complex implementation deliverables and timelines.
Your Impact:
- Manage multiple customer projects from initiation to launch, ensuring they are on time and within scope.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation project management in SaaS.
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-level customer projects.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
