Solutions and Implementation Team Lead

Role Summary:

• Take ownership of a team of 6-8 specialists, driving delivery of all Micad/SINGU implementations across UK customer base.
• Act as both hands-on leader and strategic contributor, building team capability and shaping the delivery function for future scale.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex projects, ensuring quick resolution and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation, configuring solutions to meet specific requirements and ensuring successful go-live.
• Conduct strategic Success Planning sessions with key accounts, aligning customer objectives with platform solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.
