Delivery Lead

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a Delivery Lead to ensure predictable delivery of PS implementation engagements.
• You will turn customer outcomes into realistic delivery plans and steer execution with technical credibility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements, translating outcomes into a delivery plan and driving execution.
• Align multi-party teams on goals, outcomes, and ways of working, ensuring shared accountability.
• Drive scope decomposition, estimation, and change control; make trade-offs explicit and protect delivery commitments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Technical Delivery Lead or Project Management role in Enterprise Software/SaaS.
• Proven track record leading agile customer-facing PS engagements with predictable increments.
• Advanced communication skills and strong aptitude for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
