Role Overview:
- The Product Implementation Manager (PIM) joins the Customer Success team.
- Owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for partner programs.
- Accountable for the customer program and works closely with EPD and CSM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall program timeline and coordinate with EPD and Sprint Planner.
- Gather partner requirements into clear deliverables for EPD.
- Communicate project health and flag risks early.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in implementation, project management, or program delivery.
- Strong communication skills and experience with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects in fast-moving environments.
