Implementation Manager

What You'll Do:

• Own the full project lifecycle from scoping and planning through to go-live and handover to BAU, running project boards and working groups with clear reporting on status, risks, and decisions needed.
• Become a system specialist to support design and adoption effectively to best meet customer needs, giving them a best in class experience.
• Lead discovery and design workshops with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to map current workflows and define the future state using Lyrebird.

What You'll Bring:

• Change management experience.
• Proven experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software into healthcare settings, ideally NHS Trusts, Boards, or ICBs, with a strong track record across multiple concurrent projects.
• Structured technical project management capability, whether Prince2, Agile, or a blend that actually works in complex NHS environments.
