Role Overview:

- Understand customer pain points, translate requirements into actionable plans, and manage project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and manage application deployments and integration migrations.
- Monitor customer usage metrics and drive consulting milestones to achieve success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and update customer journey playbooks.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in customer success or software implementation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office and internal systems preferred.
