Job Summary:
- Responsible for the efficient onboarding of customers across platforms.
- Works closely with the Customer Experience team to deliver a world class experience.
- Achieves customer satisfaction ensuring optimal time to value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs customer facing onboarding activities and back-office onboarding activities.
- Continually learning & developing knowledge of all Cision platforms.
- Works cross-functionally with all customer facing roles to ensure a smooth transition.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English language skills, written and verbal.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role demonstrating ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Customer Success software is desired.
