- Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live phases
- Conduct configuration workshops to understand customer workflows and business needs
- Translate operational requirements into scalable platform solutions
Your Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles
- Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing skills
- Fluent Spanish, English, and German skills, written and spoken
