• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated mobile app builds, testing, signing, and publishing to the App Store and Play Store.
• Manage Fastlane workflows for code signing, environment configuration, metadata handling, and release automation at scale.
• Contribute to frontend development using Flutter/Dart, implementing UI changes, performance optimizations, and bug fixes.

• Own the lifecycle of ecosystem app partnerships—from identification to evaluation to activation.
• Drive outbound engagement with apps that serve core HighLevel verticals (real estate, legal, wellness, education, etc.).
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and RevOps to assess the mutual business opportunity of potential integrations.

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for supporting GTM (Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, Support).
• Plan, execute, and oversee multi-functional GTM programs (Marketing, Revenue/Sales, Success, Support) and Co-Founder Office projects from conception to completion—delivering measurable impact on growth and efficiency.
• Act as the connective tissue between the Co-Founder’s office and GTM leadership, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and accountability across teams.

• Validate complex system workflows across UI, API, and backend layers, ensuring correctness, reliability, and consistency of every release.
• Enhance and maintain the existing Playwright automation framework, expanding UI/API coverage and improving reliability, flakiness detection, and execution efficiency.
• Build internal QA tools, improve test data workflows, and contribute to CI/CD quality gates and overall pipeline readiness.

• Own and elevate the global onboarding experience across India, the US, EOR regions, and all HighLevel entities.
• Build, optimize, and scale onboarding operations that support rapid hiring, global expansion, and a world-class employee experience.
• Ensure adherence to all country-specific onboarding requirements and partner with Legal and Finance to validate bonus, ESOP, and contract terms.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of CSM Managers and Senior CSM ICs, setting clear expectations, goals, and development plans.
• Build a culture of accountability, customer-first thinking, and collaboration with adjacent teams (Implementation, Support, Product, Sales, RevOps).
• Champion adoption of HighLevel’s AI-powered features (including Employee AI and conversation/automation tools) as core levers for value and stickiness.

• Play a key role in public company readiness, including building out reporting processes, and supporting the transition to public company operations.
• Help in the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, and other required disclosures.
• Implement and continuously improve reporting tools, templates, and processes to support accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.

• Own the financial data and analytics infrastructure that powers HighLevel’s forecasting, reporting, and IPO-readiness efforts.
• Design, build, and maintain data products including models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to Finance and executive leadership.
• Lead KPI stewardship - develop and refine key performance metrics and financial data structures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across core SaaS KPIs.

• Architect, maintain, and evolve the core API platform infrastructure used by all product teams.
• Define and enforce API governance standards, including request/response schemas, naming conventions, error envelopes, authentication patterns, and security guidelines.
• Lead the creation of tooling for SDK generation, documentation automation (OpenAPI), contract validation, and developer onboarding workflows.

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Build and lead a high-performing data engineering team across multiple geographies.
• Partner with Product Managers and Technical Leads to ensure alignment between data initiatives and business outcomes.

Lead the cross-functional growth organization within the Product team, focusing on optimising user acquisition, retention, and monetisation. Partner with Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering, and Data Science to identify growth opportunities. Design and deploy growth loops, reward systems, and game mechanics that create engagement.

• Responsible for establishing policy governance and developing a framework for reviewing policies and processes.
• Work with the accounting organization to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Streamline accounting workflows to increase accuracy and productivity.
