About the Role:

  • Coordinate technical implementations, keep teams accountable, and ensure customers go live on time.
  • Turn new customers into successful, long-term users by delivering a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead regular check-ins with customers to review progress and align on next steps.
  • Ensure onboarding projects reach technical completion, including implementation of key use cases.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition of each account to the Account Manager after onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-month implementation projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
