About the Role:
- Coordinate technical implementations, keep teams accountable, and ensure customers go live on time.
- Turn new customers into successful, long-term users by delivering a smooth onboarding experience.
- Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
What You'll Do:
- Lead regular check-ins with customers to review progress and align on next steps.
- Ensure onboarding projects reach technical completion, including implementation of key use cases.
- Facilitate a smooth transition of each account to the Account Manager after onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-month implementation projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project planning tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
