About the Role:
- Provide hands-on support to Implementation Managers across customer onboarding, implementation coordination, testing, UAT, training preparation, and documentation.
- Work with enterprise customers and learn software workflows, supporting project delivery and user adoption of Vodori’s platform.
- Contract duration potentially 3–6 months with possibility of extension or direct hire.
Responsibilities:
- Support UAT preparation and execution, assist with testing activities and validation of customer configurations.
- Prepare and update training deliverables, user guides, documentation, and support materials.
- Maintain accurate records of implementation progress, open items, and customer readiness.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer onboarding, implementation support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Comfortable with SaaS, enterprise software, and strong organizational skills.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, and experience in life sciences or regulated industries is nice to have.
