Junior Onboarding & Implementation Specialist

  • Support Implementation Managers across customer onboarding and implementation projects, including project coordination and UAT preparation.
  • Assist with testing activities, validation of customer configurations, and preparation of training deliverables and user guides.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate records of implementation progress, open items, and customer readiness.
