New Project Implementation Lead

The Role:

• The Project Implementation Lead drives the successful delivery of large-scale and strategically significant Versaterm implementation projects.
• This role provides project leadership across complex, multi-client or multi-phase engagements with a high degree of autonomy.
• You will apply state-of-the-art knowledge of public safety technology and implementation practices.

What You Do:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of complex, large-scale, or high-priority Versaterm implementation projects end to end.
• Define implementation approaches, delivery frameworks, and client engagement strategies for advanced or non-standard deployments.
• Serve as the senior client relationship owner for flagship implementations, building executive-level partnerships.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset.
• 8-10+ years of experience in software implementation, including leadership of enterprise-scale projects.
• Expert-level knowledge of the full implementation lifecycle and public safety or government technology environments.
