As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day AI Data operations of the company, driving revenue and ensuring that customer commitments are met on time while maintaining the highest quality standards. This position requires strategic thinking, client relationship focus and exceptional organizational skills. You will be a senior member of our operations team and have the opportunity to shape our most critical operational processes.

Serve as a liaison between the Product Owner and the product team to help embrace agile values, apply agile practices and to drive delivery results by monitoring progress, eliminating impediments and seeking opportunities for continued improvements. Must be adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, resource allocation, capacity planning and other Scrum techniques. Facilitate Team Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives to maintain focus and productivity.

As the Agile Operations Manager, you will be a key figure in leading and mentoring agile teams, ensuring that best practices are consistently applied to deliver high-quality software. You will collaborate closely with the CTO to track and analyze key development metrics, ensuring that teams remain productive and focused on delivering excellence.
