Job Description

As a Sr. Epic Patient Access Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering and managing patient access projects for clients. For this project you’ll serve as a multi-year project management support for a California client's access program. Projects fit under the umbrella of Access Transformation and range from implementation of digital access tools to facilitating workflow redesign sessions. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met to optimize operational efficiencies and improve patient experiences. You will collaborate closely with clinical and administrative leaders to implement technology solutions and process improvements while monitoring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. An ideal candidate would be comfortable tracking and presenting outcomes to executive leaders, driving high visibility decisions on cross-functional teams (clinical and IT), and has a working knowledge of the Epic Access tools. Note: This role does not require an active Epic certification and there are not any Epic build requirements for this project manager.
