Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep product knowledge and guide customers through the implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
- Gather and interpret customer requirements and configure the AuditBoard solution to meet their needs.
- Serve as a project manager for small, medium, and large implementation projects, managing resources and timelines.
