Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of PrivacyPro implementation projects, including kick-off, software configuration, go-live, and training.
- Act as main point of contact for customers, owning communications via Zoom meetings, emails, and project documentation.
- Liaise between customer IT groups and internal teams to facilitate technical configuration and provide feedback for product enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years professional experience, client-facing or healthcare preferred.
- 2+ years project management for SaaS implementations; experience with JIRA, Excel, G Suite, or Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus generous benefits.
