Implementation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end implementation plans for enterprise customers: timeline, milestones, dependencies, risk, and stakeholder accountability.
• Run handoff from Sales at deal close, coordinating with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to validate scope and readiness.
• Coordinate workspace architecture, migration, and integration workstreams across customer IT and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in implementation management, technical program management, or enterprise onboarding at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts (1,000+ user deployments preferred).
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to enforce services scope.
