The Associated Colleges of the South (ACS) seeks a strategic higher education leader to develop and direct collaborative programs and provide operational management of our regional consortium. The Director will work closely with a small virtual team of ACS colleagues and engage with senior leaders across member campuses. This is a fully remote position, with some travel to member campuses and events required (approximately 10%).

As a Core Ops Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and cross-functional alignment by supporting over 200 team members on Operations. You will own strategic programs that enhance operational efficiencies, manage quality assurance initiatives, and serve as a key liaison between Core Operations and other departments. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining programs that ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.

Portoro is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join the Operations team. You will drive critical business functions by analyzing root causes, developing aligned solutions, and executing a prioritized roadmap of initiatives, balancing individual contributions with overseeing the work of others. You will manage a team of remote managers, providing mentorship and guidance while ensuring the team delivers impactful outcomes.

This role is broad and contains leadership across several different components, including program management, partner management and development, and commercial and people operations. Strategic development, working with partners, business development, team development, and company building are key responsibilities. The position is 100% remote within the United States.
