The Associated Colleges of the South (ACS) seeks a strategic higher education leader to develop and direct collaborative programs and provide operational management of our regional consortium. The Director will work closely with a small virtual team of ACS colleagues and engage with senior leaders across member campuses. This is a fully remote position, with some travel to member campuses and events required (approximately 10%).

Drive the development and growth of EA groups at top universities worldwide, focusing on key “pilot universities” that will serve as flagship examples. This leadership position requires someone who can set a visionary path, grow and lead a team, innovate beyond established models, and shape the future of EA university engagement at leading institutions.
