As a Business Systems Analyst on our Agile development team, you will analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements, partner with stakeholders to translate needs into functional and technical specifications, and conduct gap analysis to identify system and process improvements.

Join Peraton's Department of State (DOS) Consular Systems Modernization (CSM) Program as a Communications Analyst. Support the development and execution of internal and external communications strategy to ensure operational efficiency. Work closely with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure that all communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
