The Remote Service Engineer is the ambassador for Philips Health Systems, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives. This role involves receiving, understanding, routing, and resolving technical requests from customers related to product or service failures via multiple channels. The RSE creates cases or work orders, parts requests, communicates status, provides solutions for remote resolution, and performs pre-dispatch diagnostics.

The Field Service Engineer provides customer support by performing on-site installation, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems, instructing customers in system operation and maintenance, and company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters. This role includes field support for system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.

The internship will support the process of developing this plan and a subsequent action program by carrying out research, developing databases, and preparing reference guides for WWF offices around the world working on advocacy, policy, community engagement, technical design, spatial and economic planning, monitoring, etc. in relation to driving standards, practices, and norms toward sustainability in infrastructure development.

The Asset Performance Specialist role is critical to the success of the Palmetto Platform and LightReach financial product, managing all customer and operational logistics around ongoing services and support needs throughout the 25+ year lifespan of the solar system. The specialist is responsible for monitoring the system’s performance, remote troubleshooting, and assisting customers with issues.

Assist with the day-to-day activities of the Development Project Management Team and serve in a supporting role to the Project Managers as they move solar projects through the development life cycle. The solar project development lifecycles move quickly so the Associate Project Manager must be flexible, detail oriented, and organized.
