This role, reporting to the Senior Specialist, Development, will be responsible for supporting ongoing development work for Intersect Power’s Project Development team, working closely with subject matter experts across Business Development, Engineering, Land, and Origination & Trading teams.

Manage project(s) involved in the design, modification, and analysis of new and existing nuclear power plant modifications. Responsible for project execution, coordination of resources, and project performance including safety, schedule, and budget. Lead efforts to ensure projects are completed safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.

The Systems Monitoring Specialist monitors the performance of PV systems, identifying non-reporting and underperforming systems, and ensuring timely issue resolution. This involves utilizing Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate and analyze reports, collaborating across departments, and streamlining processes.

Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Instruct customers in system operation and maintenance and serve as a company liaison. This role includes field support aspects, not limited to system hardware/software, PCs, and networking. Servicing customers in CT, VT, ME, MA, NH, and RI.

The Plant Systems and Performance Engineering Manager will provide leadership to a diverse technical team of dedicated engineers and scientists responsible for the development of new plant engineering proposals, early works agreements and new product developments. In this position the Plant Engineering Manager will drive timely decision making of technical issues related to the application of GEH new plant technology on different opportunities.

Lead multifunctional teams of skilled engineers focused on critical data center infrastructure systems, taking ownership of the entire design life cycle for both existing and new developments in your region. Coordinate design documentation review and approval, and oversee both traditional, design-bid-build and design-build contractor teams.

Responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Projects. Works with Owner and contractor sales managers and branch installation managers and teams as needed to provide sales support activities early in the TAS and development process. Ensures that assigned projects are done accurately, on-time, billed, within budget and within scope of the contract.

This critical leadership role assists in building and scaling a nationwide high-altitude operations organization with the Senior Director, ensuring efficient data collection across the country while rapidly growing the team to support operational goals, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence.
