Responsible for establishing and executing the high-level strategic direction of project controls. Leads risk workshops with the project team to identify risks and mitigation actions. Develops overall guidelines for project level chartering and partnering.

• Lead the execution of transmission, substation, and distribution projects, overseeing all project phases.
• Ensure project performance across safety, schedule, budget, and client experience through the entire project life cycle.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, mentor project teams, and ensure accountability for deliverables.

Contribute to the design, assessment, and implementation of security solutions for clients across commercial, industrial, government, and residential sectors, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative, practical, and client-focused security designs that translates complex security requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

As part of Intersect’s Origination & Trading team, you’ll lead the integration, management and optimization of Intersect’s Data Center private use networks (PUN) in ERCOT. Reporting to the Head of Origination, Trading & Valuation, you’ll own the QSE relationship, manage the PUN setup and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. This role blends technical expertise, market optimization experience, regulatory fluency, and commercial creativity to deliver strategies that enable Intersect’s portfolio to serve PUN load.
