Responsible for establishing and executing the high-level strategic direction of project controls. Leads risk workshops with the project team to identify risks and mitigation actions. Develops overall guidelines for project level chartering and partnering.
The Project Controls Analyst will analyze cost and schedule in large construction projects or programs. Responsibilities include preconstruction support, managing internal project budget, managing external project budget and communications. Additional Responsibilities include Vendor invoice review, accrual reporting, and facilitating change order routing and review processes.
This role will manage the sourcing, logistics, and procurement of large-scale mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and data center infrastructure equipment for complex, multi-billion-dollar projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supplier management, contract administration, and technical knowledge of OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) equipment. Data center experience is strongly preferred.
Lead or support the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. Create both high-level and detailed schedules, including assumptions, productivity rates, calendars, constraints, and schedule health checks. Facilitate planning sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align timelines, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions. Conduct schedule risk analysis, define contingencies, and support mitigation planning.
