  • Serve as the primary client‑facing cost leader, providing strategic guidance and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, consultants, and delivery partners.

  • Provide strategic leadership for cost management across a multi‑phase data center program.
  • Develop and implement cost strategies, frameworks, and reporting structures for multi‑billion‑dollar budgets.
  • Serve as the primary client interface, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and consultants throughout all project stages.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies for multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers, transportation providers, and logistics partners to achieve optimal pricing and service levels
  • Oversee inventory management systems and coordinate material flow from procurement through project delivery

HSE Director

  • Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and strategies.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections to proactively manage safety performance.

  • Provide full project management services and on site construction oversight.
  • Manage schedules and budgets.
  • Provide technical input and ensure safe working environment in accordance with company procedures.

  • Provide support to the project team for all planning functions ensuring that issues within the programme are highlighted and understood.
  • Review current reporting practices and outputs, suggest and implement improvements.
  • Give appropriate planning advice and direction to project team members & all relevant Stakeholders and produce programme assurance reports on our Client commissions.

HSE Manager

  • Manage the development and implementation of Project HSE Management System including the HSE action monitoring system and incident reporting procedure, in compliance with internal management system and any Client specified requirements.
  • Provide advice and support to the Project Director/ Manager on the processes and procedures required to deliver HSE objectives.
  • To provide the best practice HSE solution on day-to-day monitor and report to maintain Project Owner standards

  • Act as principal point of contact for cost management matters and lead the Turner & Townsend - Arabia team.
  • Leads and motivates others to participate and contribute, provides necessary direction and inspires high performance.
  • Deliver assurance services to projects - peer review, gateway review, maturity assessments, readiness reviews, progress and performance audits.
