Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies for multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers, transportation providers, and logistics partners to achieve optimal pricing and service levels
Oversee inventory management systems and coordinate material flow from procurement through project delivery
Provide support to the project team for all planning functions ensuring that issues within the programme are highlighted and understood.
Review current reporting practices and outputs, suggest and implement improvements.
Give appropriate planning advice and direction to project team members & all relevant Stakeholders and produce programme assurance reports on our Client commissions.
Manage the development and implementation of Project HSE Management System including the HSE action monitoring system and incident reporting procedure, in compliance with internal management system and any Client specified requirements.
Provide advice and support to the Project Director/ Manager on the processes and procedures required to deliver HSE objectives.
