Lead preparation of detailed electrical cost estimates for hyperscale data center projects. Perform comprehensive electrical quantity takeoffs from drawings and BIM models. Develop and validate labor, material, and equipment pricing models aligned with project budgets.

Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project and program schedules using Primavera P6 within a multi-project environment. Perform schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, and what-if scenario modeling to evaluate project impacts. Prepare and deliver project status reports, schedule narratives, and executive-level presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
