The Project Manager Development will fill a key role in our expanding solar and energy storage development firm and will work across the entire portfolio of Encore’s project development activities. These activities include site evaluation, design, interconnection, permitting and pre-construction efforts managing subcontractors as necessary to complete these tasks.

The Safety Assurance for Effective Autonomous Driving Software (SAFE-ADS) department is part of the Global Product Safety, System, and Certification (GPSSC) organization at GM, serving as the central body for automated driving system (ADS) safety. As the AV Safety Case Lead, you will report directly to the head of AV Safety Strategy and Assessment and lead this effort across GM, engage with regulatory bodies, and external consultants to develop, deliver and continuously improve the safety case.

Oversee and enhance the performance of Energy Vault BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects and collaborate with project engineers, construction managers, and external vendors. You will be responsible for the Delivery of Customer Projects Lead, from contract execution through to successful handover to operations across APAC, in line with Energy Vaults Systems, Processes and ISO Certifications.

Improve the current actuator models (steering, brake, throttle, and engine brake) to better represent their current behaviour. Look into better modeling of vehicle transmission system for better offline validation of the motion control system. Investigate switching to higher fidelity dynamics models and compare them to current models. Get new data, learn the parameters, and verify new model’s ability to represent the vehicle’s performance.
