This role provides critical oversight and coordination of environmental processes to ensure timely delivery of project clearances, supporting the development, review, and quality control of CEQA/NEPA documents, while guiding teams and consultants to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. It also involves coordinating with technical disciplines, agencies, and stakeholders to align environmental deliverables with project schedules.

We’re seeking a Special Projects Manager that will lead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional projects in nuclear reactor system development, permitting, and deployment. This person will serve as both a project deployment contributor as well as an integrator, working across disciplines to drive results. This person will collaborate closely with the Oklo engineering, radioisotope production, regulatory, and other teams, leading and contributing-to initiatives that advance deployment of mission-critical radioisotope production infrastructure.

This role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they're on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and coordination to ensure project success, reporting to the Director of Real Property and the Deputy Director of the Statewide Regional Branch.

Enable the implementation of energy efficiency and electrification programs through launching and monitoring emerging technology projects on State-run software platforms. Ensure alignment of implementation activities between internal technical teams and consulting stakeholders by gathering program and user requirements. Plan and monitor timelines to complete projects on time and on budget.

The purpose of this position is to provide technical and administrative support in the area of grants management, severe weather, and social science. The Project Manager-Site Acquisition will perform Project Management duties related to site acquisition, lease negotiations with landlords and zoning with jurisdictions, in accordance with Company objectives. This is a remote work from home position but candidates should be located in Northern California.

As a Systems Engineer for a weapon system development program, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for developing and updating models that produce and interact with software within the weapon system. We encourage you to apply if you have thorough systems engineering experience.
