  • Own the rolling demand-capacity forecast across active projects, backlog, and pipeline, refreshed on a published cadence.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, including executives, to resolve staffing conflicts and enable the renewable energy transition.
  • Maintain and improve forecasting models, applying automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort.
