This position will report directly to the Vice President of Land and work closely with the Development Team to lead real estate work streams on multiple large scale projects, land campaigns and land acquisition efforts in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities include supporting the land acquisition process, negotiating agreements, managing 3rd party land agents, and maintaining site control trackers.
As part of our C&I Team, you’ll take ownership of planning processes, ensure quality and clarity in technical documentation, and help improve how we deliver projects at scale.
