Open Positions

  • Manage overall program execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion of tasks and deliverables to agreed quality standards.
  • Interface with high-level NOAA officials and international scientific bodies to align program objectives with agency strategic priorities.
  • Apply advanced scientific principles to develop original technical approaches for ocean observing and acidification research programs.

  • Track travel expenditures, principal investigator budgets, and financial metrics; prepare financial summaries to facilitate government review.
  • Execute end-to-end logistics for program workshops and coordination meetings, including scheduling, registration, AV configuration, and audio/visual checks.
  • Compile comprehensive meeting summaries and maintain automated action-item tracking logs for all program workshops and coordination activities.

  • Provide expert support for a DoD real property system of record, including data collection, entry, editing, and maintenance.
  • Apply environmental expertise to support NEPA processes, environmental compliance, and analyses for task orders.
  • Coordinate with installation stakeholders and environmental staff to ensure alignment of environmental and real property requirements.
