Open Positions

  • Review consent language, disclosure protocols, and microdata releases to ensure compliance with federal laws and agency requirements.
  • Advise program staff on regulatory and procedural compliance matters tied to research ethics and data protection.
  • Provide statistical disclosure review of microdata files and tables prior to public release.

  • Create and update Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs) through product and market research, validating cataloging data across federal logistics systems.
  • Research and apply technical standards (ASME, ASTM, ANSI, SAE) and evaluate products for hazardous materials transport classification.
  • Participate in technical and program meetings, contributing subject-matter expertise and preparing status reports on cataloging throughput.
