- Prepare and present an executive overview within 7 calendar days of contract start demonstrating plans for scope, schedule, and resource management
- Develop and maintain the Task Order Project Management Plan and staffing plan (updated quarterly)
- Submit Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) to the COR by the 15th of each month covering work accomplished, task status, problems/delays, metrics, planned activities, personnel resources, training status, and funds expenditure
- Perform all 7 steps of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) per DoDI 8510.01, producing required deliverables at each step
- Develop, maintain, and update RMF packages including System Security Plans (SSP), Security Assessment Reports (SAR), Risk Assessment Reports (RAR), and Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&M)
- Ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and DLA cybersecurity requirements, policies, and standards
- Collect and organize information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, proposals, and reports
- Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, special reports, and customer deliverables
- Perform financial and administrative tasks related to project documentation and reporting
- Lead acquisition support services including decision support.
- Develop and assess acquisition strategies and risk management.
- Prepare, revise, and update program lifecycle products and documents.
- Manage all Testing and Evaluation (T&E) support for the DAI system including on-premises (DISA) and future Cloud (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) environments
- Conduct Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) of system design, development, configuration, and requirements traceability for all test events
- Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts using Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS)
- Develop executive-level briefings, reports, presentations, and graphical materials using MS Office Suite.
- Provide strategic communications and change management support including public affairs and written materials.
- Support external stakeholder engagement with OMB, GAO, Congress, and other federal entities.
- Develop the comprehensive annual paid media strategy and media buying plan.
- Manage purchasing and placement of all paid media to ensure cost-effective reach among target audiences.
- Analyze paid and organic media performance data to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future strategy.
